David Enos Bio:

I have been involved in music since the mid 70’s. I started out playing trumpet when I was 9, but I had always been intrigued by drums. I played trumpet and baritone through jr. high while dabbling with drums in my spare time. When I was 12 years old, I was introduced to guitar by a schoolmate, and that was the end of Jr. High band. (My band instructor was not pleased)

When I was just 15, I started my first band. We rehearsed quite a bit, and within 6 months, we played our first club gig. By the time I was, 22 I was married, and recorded a few albums. For the next 6 years I performed all over the western united states. During this time, I supplemented my income by giving guitar lessons. In 1990 we were blessed with our son, and officially we became a family. By 1996 we were again blessed with a child (our daughter). Family eventually surpassed my desire to be a ‘rock star’, so I retired from the music business.  Over the next 15 years I worked in the health and life insurance industries, which enabled me to play an active role in our children’s upbringing.

In 2011, due to stifling regulations business in the insurance industry really slowed down. I was forced to start over. The only things that I really knew were music and business management. So, in November of 2012, through necessity and inspiration, I rented an office with a few rooms for $445.00 a month, and Psalm 33 Music was born. I started with six students and minimal retail inventory. I was back doing what I loved. A setback turned into an unexpected blessing. As of 2018, our student roster was in excess of over 100. No looking back!
